Well I recently discovered that I had entered the wrong birthday a few times, but when I went to change it since I am under 18 it asked for a creditcard verification, but it isn't accepting my card.

I cannot see what it is that you are doing wrong. I recomend to establish a Secured Remote Session so I can watch as you work and try to find the issue. Otherwise we can just continue with the chat and see how it goes.
