Customer Question

Am locked out of aol e-mail. Yesterday, aol told me it was their fault and it would take 24 hours. Time up, still no access to mail.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: A couple of days
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I had cancelled the years ago. Trouble came accessing Apple ID and ICoud. So with suggestion of your tech, I resigned up yesterday. Spill did not access Says I am locked out. I use iPod and iPhone.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Told that trouble is on your side. They said it would take 24 hours to solve. When I attempt to access, it says I am locked out.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Need it fixed to use AppleID and ICloud

Hello, and thank you for using this service.
I will help you now.

If you created a new aol email account, you wouldn't be able to use that to login to your existing apple id, or icloud. Are you unable to login to appleid or icloud?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I used to be a member of aol. In order to access my new e-mail account, I used my old aol e-mail, which was my e-mail when I set up my apple id and iCloud id.
