My password is being rejected and I do not know why, I reset

My password ***** ***** rejected and I do not know why
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I reset nothing & now Google is saying they cannot find my account.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Opened acct around late November or early December. I did it on the Web
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: All I could come up with
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It was workiong a week ago as I put in a comment re what I thought I shoud make a comment
