I can not get into my gmail or email, Google account. I have new phone and trying to get these open.???? I'm confused and have no idea what a pin #is or how to find.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Since phone
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: All the time and of course can't do anything now.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just how to get this working since everything is driven by a Google account.!!!!

First make sure you have the right password ***** your email account. You can test it from your computer. If you go to gmail and you get your email without entering your password, then please log off first and log in again entering your password. This is to confirm you have the right password.

When you are 100% sure you have the right password, then from your phone open any website first to make sure you have internet from your phone. If you are able to open a website (let's say or then proceed to add your Gmail account (that's your Google account) using the password ***** just tried from your computer.

After you reset your password, try again adding your account to your phone.
