I've had a flip phone for a while now. However, I only use it when I'm going to PA maybe 3-4 times a year. Since it was so long ago, my old number is ***** longer in service. I bought a Verizon card and want to add the minutes to the same phone. How do I do that?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through my desk top using Juno
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none, I was trying to follow directions on my new refill card.

You will need to get the phone active first.

You can dial 1.***-***-**** from any phone other than your flip phone and follow the steps to activate it again, then you can add the minutes
