Customer: I just wonder if Windows will contact me on my computer to advise I needed to have them clean up virus.

No, Windows will not contact you to tell you that you have viruses that need to be removed.

This is a known scam that is more common these days. If they gained access to your computer, please let me know. If you paid them money for a cleaning or virus removal service, usually a ridiculous amount of money, please contact the credit card company for a refund.

It is good that you came here to find out about it hopefully before they did anything to your computer.
