Yvette. I have returned and have about an hour free. The test email you sent came into my inbox, but that was it. It's still not receiving inbound email from elsewhere, and earlier messages in the cue have not uploaded. Thoughts?

I am not a technical person. I would not know where to get this information other than my Google account, which I have opened.
Do we need to escalate this?

It's not a matter of escalation on this end. Since you're using a bronzewestimports.com domain instead of a gmail.com I will need to know the Server details for bronzewestimports.com to troubleshoot farther. An IT person at your company should be able to provide this info or they can get it from the company that hosts your website.

OK, I will work with our website provider. They ran test last night and indicated the issue was "not on their end". That said, you can close out our conversation and I will reach out if I'm able to get the information and require outside support. Thanks Yvette.
