JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: since I got new computer
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On phone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried to get the pop info for Juno my provider and still doesn't work. It does work on another lap top I have so it's this computer
