I cannot send out E-mails but am receiving them. The reject

I cannot send out E-mails but am receiving them. The reject message states "Sending out the message failed. Reject message does not seem to support encrypted passwowrds. I do not have encrypted password. Help!
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Have never don't this.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I guess it is a web browser, just on my desk computer.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't know where to start.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I received a reject message from an E-mail I did not send nor do I even understand the full page info of the reject. Could my E-mail address been compromised?
