Not getting messages and can't send messages. Help!
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: mozilla thunderbird
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: mostly on my laptop. Have a Thurderbird Icon on desktop and just click on that. Not that tech-y, Maybe I don't understand the question.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: reboot computer. That didn't work, started thunderbird in safe mode.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, thanks
