The outgoing server setting is incorrect. It has mail.twc.com - mail.twc.com and is denying sending emails on several accounts using the same server. I can not find anywhere I can edit the outgoing server setting.

Settings look like they need to be

mail.twc.com

port 587 with SSL / Authentication

we can do a remote session to look at Thunderbird, as settings may be a little different
