Trying to geeet into mh account to change setting and it

Customer Question

Trying to geeet into mh account to change setting and it said y password ***** incorrect. So, after several tries, I changed the password. IT STILL SAYS THE PASSWORD ***** *****! WHY?
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: NO
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Probably primariy through a browser, but I also use a cell phone.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't known even where to start. I've had Norton for years, and never had a problem. I'm about ready to erase it.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: :Like what? I do not consider this an email problem since I set up a new pass word through your email.

I am very sorry about your issues. There are 2 ways to access emails in a computer. First is by using a web browser like Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Second is through an email program like MS Outlook 2016, Windows Live Mail, or others.

How do you access your emails on your computer?
