Unfortunately, those are all of the options that are available to recover the account.

You mentioned that your phone was stolen with the number ending in 75 so there is one way around this issue but it requires work...

If you go into your local cell phone carrier and ask for a loaner phone to reset your account password ***** you can have a key sent to that phone using the Yahoo recovery options. Unfortunately, that is the only way to reset your password ***** you are unable to use any of the 3 recovery options on the account.

This is ridiculous. I can give you my SSN, my DOB, address, and anything else you need.
That e-mail is my work email and I am out on disability so I cannot access. I accessed this Yahoo account 3-4 days ago using the numbers I tried today. The issue must be on the YAHOO side.

I apologize but providing your SSN, DOB, or address will not solve the issue. An email account can be created by anyone and it is not verified.

Also, I do not work for Yahoo so while I understand your frustration, I have no control over their recovery options. It is important to have recovery options on an account that you can use in-case of a lost phone such as a backup email address.
