About a month ago I got a message about someone using my password ***** suggested I change my email address which I did- from***@******.*** to***@******.***. Now I can't get into my mail because a box comes up saying enter the password ***** exchange acct "outlook" I am very confused & don't know how to fix this. HELP,,,
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Ever since I changed my email address.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my iPad & iPhone.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Is there any way I can talk to a person? I am 70 years old and stupid. I don't know what to do.
