I can't receive emails at my primary address (*****@******.***. This problem is in Outlook Express but not AT&T web site.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password ***** rejected. Account: '*****@******.***', Server: 'inbound.att.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR [AUTH] (#MBR1212) Incorrect username or password.', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my PC
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: rebooting. requesting it to receive all my emails. don't know much about emails. Have had his problem for a short while, but it usually resolved itself in the past. Numerous efforts this time have failed.
