I am over 50, so a bit out of the tech loop--how do I delete

Customer Question

I am over 50, so a bit out of the tech loop--how do I delete emails in my gmail account under trash, as well as other headings? Does anyone talk to anyone any more?

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you go to the google / gmail website to access your gmail email? Or do you use an email program, such as Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail, etc.?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?
Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

If you open the Trash, does it give you the option to Empty Trash?

- And/or if you open an email message in any heading, can you click on the Trash icon (or delete icon / option)?

- What's the make/ model of your computer?
