I type in my email address and get a message that says there was an issue with my account. When I retry, it never lets me access the mail
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: always on a laptop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I bought smartfriend from HP and after several attempts got the account back working for several months. Now I am having an issue again and they told me to contact my provider.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I was able to access my account only when I went through the outlook site, it never updated my emails right to the desktop
