JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: samsung logo. Tried ON & Volume Up to try to reset & nothing.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web broswer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Tried the ON button & Volume UP button reset found on a Samsung forum

Push and hold down the power button for 45 seconds on the tab it will shut down the Tab. Wait for 3 mins and then power it on let me know how it goes.
