I am not able to send or receive emails. . Message says the DNS isn't responding
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Telstra.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Windows live mail. I am not able to access the internet either.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Windows

Customer: The square. icon on right hand side of PC reads : Realtek connected however I am not able to browe the Internet. I have spoken to Telstra's technicians and the issue is a windows problem we brlieve
