It is a new account in the last week and barely used but it is blocked. I have contacted tech support and they said they would get back to me in 24 hours but have not.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Yes but I can't get a live body to talk to and they have not sent in 24 hours. The issue number is###-##-####

Customer: I don't have a cell phone or tablet.
