I purchased a home that has a sharp aquos tv and he included it in the purchase. My problem is that it looks like he never has updated it and when I've tried to do it over the wifi it stalls out at 67%. I've read that I need to put the update on a flash drive but I'm really confused about how to do this as it is mounted on the wall. Where is the flash drive on the tv and where how do I get the update I need to put on the flash drive
