Hi, i was just playing Napster on my cell phone and up came the message that service was interrupted for non-payment. I went into billing, gave you new credit card info, but service still not restored. How long does it take to restore service ?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: on this computer it is outlook express but if you want to contact me by e-mail can you send it to***@******.***, which is, of course, gmail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my personalcomputer, through gmail
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Pearl: why do I need troubleshooting when I just updated my credit card info ? why can't you simply restore service ?
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, maam. Just restore it so I can get music on my cell phone or computer as always.
