Can't seem to get into my actual e-mail
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Tried Internet Explorer, then Chrome and finally Firefox
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Mostly through work computer and other times at other locations, ie. friend's home computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Don't think I need finds my account...just can't get into my messages
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No...just want to check my messages in my in-box
