JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I did not date the re-set but it was within the last 2 months..I think
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have tried that link several times and it did not worn. Do you have a phone # to yahoo besides(###) ###-####(###) ###-####or(###) ###-####the last 2 don't worn and the first I was on hold for 25m.
