I'm not receiving many emails which were sent to my gmail address in recent months:***@******.*** Thank you. *****
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: I think it goes back 6 months, maybe a year. The problem was just brought to my attention.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I don't use my phone for email. I don't own a tablet. Everything done on my Macbook Air Laptop. I use Safari to access email.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I'm not computer savvy. Haven't tried troubleshooting.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No thanks

I am very sorry about your issues. So I believe you are using Google App or Gmail for business, you are using your own domain name in the Gmail platform.

Did they tell you if they receive a Failure Delivery Notification (FDN) that made them to think that you did not receive their emails to you?
