unable to receive and send emails thru outlook connector.
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: since friday
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my desktop. This is my work email. I can login direct to outlook but the Microsoft outlook connector is not working and not sure why
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: reinstalling the connector and adding the email but keep getting not connected to server and a pops request for password ***** and over
