not my computer but my iPad no longer receives my email....I get a window that says Cannot Get Mail The user name or password ***** Hotmail is incorrect.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Hotmail account?
Customer: just today and it is only my iPad. I still get mail on my iPhone and computer.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no, I have an older iPad and it has the latest updates available I've had no problems before.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I tried to recall my password ***** my server with a host name
