It does not look like we have email boxes set up on our account, why is this ?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: I thought it was yours.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: we have a system, that when a call is not picked up , it automatically goes to a voice mail then to email.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Only that when I go into myexeculink account , to see what is happening, I find no email account set-up.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That there should be 3 email accounts set-up.
