Trying to reindex outlook 2016 on Mac? just now i am not

trying to reindex outlook 2016 on Mac?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: just now i am not sure if that is needed just wanted to reindex it the db
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

May I ask what you are referring to when you use the term "Reindex"? Are you wishing to reindex the database that is used when you search your emails or something else?

- In Outlook, in the top menu bar, click Outlook > Preferences.

- In the window that comes up, click the "Search" item in the left pane.

- Verify that the option "All Mailboxes" is chosen for the value "Include results only from:"

- Click the "Indexing Options" button.

- Click the "Advanced" button.

- In the tab, that says "Indexing Settings", click the button that says "Rebuild".

- When that is complete, click Ok.

Once that is complete, you are all set.

i am getting this error messgae:Remote Help From Jason Client” can’t be opened because the identity of the developer cannot be confirmed.

- Click the "Open Anyways" button and run the program.
