We are not able to send or receive emails. We have a notice popped up on screen asking for a password ***** when we enter the password ***** will will not go away.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Not sure sorry
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Lap top
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Reset modem. Internet is working just fine, we are able to access other sites. It's just the outlook that is not working

Customer: Business account, sort of urgent for a Monday morning please!!
