Hello. I can't get into my mail. I'm getting a wrong email or password ***** and I haven't changed anything
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: My password ***** a few minutes ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: i have an iPhone and iPad. And my email was hooked up with them and worked fine until a few minutes ago
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just resetting password

It seems as if you getting the password ***** on both the iPhone and iPad, please confirm this?

In your initial statement you said you reset your password "just a few minutes ago", how did you do that? Was it through a web browser, like Safari? Who is your email provider, just whatever is after the @ sign "xxxxxx@??????.???".

Let me offer this possible solution right now:

On both the iPhone and iPad, you may just need to update your password ***** the steps are the same on both devices:

- Tap on "Settings"

- Tap on "Mail"

- Tap on "Accounts"

- Tap on the account that is needing the password *****

... you should be prompted to enter a password...

... please enter the new password...

Once the new password ***** ***** on each device, it should take you to a screen that shows your email's settings - and - your email should work fine.
