I can't get in my new emails since Thursday I've tried going thru Apple & after 1 1/2 hrs they said it appeared to be something with my msn security firewall & to call u guys. It keeps throwing up cannot acknowledge my user id or password. Apple tech changed acct user id & password ***** still wouldn't work. They suggested I contact Msn but automation kept telling me to go online. So I've decided to see if u can help me. Tk u Bobbie Swetland.

Customer: I can't get a person to talk to in the phone.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my I phone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Apple tech had me go into my acct & reset password & user id & still wouldn't work. Now my phone doesn't even show show my email of "*****@******.***
