I want to change my password ***** I can get my email.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: DELL model :###-##-####SKU;4826900 Serial###-##-####04/26/2016 INSPIRN 3052 AIO
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: pm on thursday
JA: Anything else you want the ereader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I've tried many many times to change my password & my machine gave me a sight where you give your phone # & email # & try to unscramble 2 words 3 times. This I did & it didn't say if I was correct , and try again in 15 minutes.

Which password ***** ***** working, Is it Dell's password ***** your email's password.

Which windows OS is installed in your Dell machine ? Like Windows 10, 8, 7 etc.

I received your reply. However, I'm a Senior Citizen & not good on the computer & get completely lost when you talk in technical terms & shut the computer off. I'm a simple person. And don't hear too well. There for I got nothing from our conversation and came home with nothing .I had a local resident come & help me & my computer works fine. I don't think I should be charged for any thing. Thanks all you did. But I got nothing. This is directed to Bhavik Joshi
