Login to server failed.
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: not getting any email at all from my hotmail account but there was an pop up and on that I tried to reset the password ***** no luck
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: the web browser outlook did not show any emil about password...
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: thru thunderbird exclusively
