I am not sure. Not a whiz at the computer! I cannot access my gmail account. I get a page that says "Error...That's all we know." Can you help?
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Just happened.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: The only thing I have done is restart my computer. All my other favorites are opening.
