JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: I can,t acess my email. I use a call back with a 6 digit no. to verify id.

I tried the reset process and it is asking for your previous password. I believe you do not remember. Now it is showing your second recovery option which is your mobile phone number on record. It is shown below:

Do you recognize that mobile phone number ending in 53? If yes, do you still use it or have access to it now? If yes, then please give me the full mobile phone number so that we can initiate a reset.
