JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Yahoo
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I called the bank and got a number which referred me to you. There was no human on the phone to help me.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes. I have played for years without a problem. Then it stopped letting me play, so I started over. It may have been caused by the fact that the bank gave me a new debit card. Anyway I cannot get in the game with my old friends.
