JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: time warner (spectrim}
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried everything that's possible on my computer and calling the cable company's technical serves on 10 or more times and they can't figure it out with an excuse that they are having problems, etc., etc., etc.,
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am unable to connect with my pop boxes. Why am I trying? I don't know. This was my last resort.
