I just received an e0mail saying that my e0mail has been blocked by you corporate email scrubber.. Can you explain what's happening please
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: gmail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: all of the above
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none I can get into my emails but this isthe last message that has entered It sounds scarry and say donot reply.

I am very sorry about your issues. I start to believe it is a phishing email attach. Did the email contain any links or buttons asking you to update your password ***** account information or something to that effect?

Also, can you hover or place the mouse pointer of the sender's email address to see where or which email address it really came from?
