Second opinion] - t my HP computer last Dec.. my computer lost the tool bar & my printer stopped working. I have new ink. Please help me.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Make is HP, Intel sticker is on the front. model number RTL8188EENP ... HP P/N 808841-002..These numbers were so small hard to read.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried looking up tool bars. I need someone to take my computer over & help me with my tool bar being placed back on my computer & I did look & it said my printer was connected. Please take over my computer & help me.
