I am hearing from a few people that when they attempt to send me an email message it bounces back or I just don't receive it.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
