JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Juno
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser I guess on my Mac
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: spent 35 minutes with Juno tech help that did not solve the problem.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yeah, are they proficient in Juno? I do not want a rookie and/or someone who really doesn't know how to help me.
