Customer: what u mean? I cant even log in anymore its keeps saying that email address doesn't exist
JA: I hope not. How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on computer work pc
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I just tried to change the name of email that's it

Not exactly. But, they have merged depending on your carrier. If you want to set it up on the screen you can use your

email icon. It varies for versions.

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

First the data is gone.

Second you may be able to recreate a new account with the same email address if it is in the Hotmail.com

or Outlook.com domains after a 30 day hold.

I know you said you just logged in, but by that spelling, there isnt an account to pull back.

It may be stored somewhere in your computer. But, i have tried everything. That account doesnt exist anymore

at all. Is there possibly another spelling of it?

This is for the gmail disabled account form for your other;

There is no official 'i was hacked' form for google. You have to use the report abuse

form for them to get back to you. Fill this out and put account hacked in the lines for headers.

In the additional comments, put in everything you can remember from the account. who your last

emails were to and from, when you opened it, your name, recovery email/phone etc. and Google will

reply to an email of your choice with their investigation.

This is all we can do for the moment. You must turn those in for review to save the one account and try

to get them to pull back the other.
