JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: the new one is centurylink
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I access e-mail thru google,chrome ,but I mostly internet thru norton
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I can get my e-mail thru goole OK ,but the last entry says gmail .mybe this doesn't matter to google ,or does it
