I have tried to connect I have a pre-paid credit card it will not except or something there's no number for I can't call in number nobody answers
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Hotmail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Tablet and Apple tablet
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Tried to call a number last night and it was just a message try to try all different things check out every code didn't work
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can't think of anything right now but I'm not a real expert at this
JA: I'm the email technician's Assistant. I work with them to help customers like you.
Customer: Thank God when I did get in yesterday just to browse I noticed everybody was from the states I'm in Canada I don't want to check somebody out in the states

I use***@******.*** and because I am on an apple iPad it always prompts me to put that password ***** think that could be the problem.

Remove the hotmail account from the Ipad and then restart it after restart reenter the hotmail and check for auto setting and not manually configure it.
