Hi I accidentally deleted saved emails last night. They were not in a saved folder. Probably 4 years of saved stuff. Trying to restore if at all possible.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: This was my old AOL account which I still use.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Mostly Macbook, but also iPad, and phone. Use Safari.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just went through things on computer to no avail. I'm not too technical so not sure what to say.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
