allow inbound server to log in automatically. Using Mozilla T"bird. In bound ATT server always asks for password. ATT says is's not their fault. Works ok online
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: I've reset passwords, checked all settings, reinstalled and on and on
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: thunderbird on a desktop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: thru ATT, Mozilla, search for error message "Enter your password ********@******.*** on"
