JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: tele
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through a web browser the spanish main one Ive forgot the name starts with tele
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: dont know how to

Sorry to bother you but Google support has sorted the problem out and I´m no longer being blocked, Originally I thought you were Google support.

Good to know you are no longer blocked.Cloud you please take a screenshot telling me why you initially thought we were Google? I guess the site might be showing something improperly as you are not the only customer misunderstood that we were some well-recognised brands.We are certified experts here and we use a totally different interface hence we don't know what's going on your side. Personally i never indicated that i was someone from a big brand though some customer did think so.

my mistake was to search for ( google help ) on the internet and the first on the list was your site and when you get to be 75 years old the eyes do not work so well and the brain also gets slower, I should have read it more carefully, but at the time I was very frustrated .

O.K., let's see if we can get restarted and refocused. The last gentleman suddenly "opted out," and that usually means--not that he CAN'T DO the work--but that they got off on the wrong foot.

I am sure that this issue, once understood, can be very quickly undone.
