I can,t get into my email. My password ***** ***** being accepted.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I tried yesterday. I've been changing my password ***** having you text me a code in order to get in. Now that isn't even working.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my computer and on my phone. obviously I can't sync my phone now, either
