My account is all messed up and I'm hungry>
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Have tried without success.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: desk top e-mail.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None. It has to do with an order (still on my screen) because my credit card account was blocked thru error by Citicard. Account has been re-instated but Doordash has not accepted it. I wwant to cancel the order on the screen and start over.
